Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers written in English. All submissions will be reviewed based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.

Papers should not exceed 8 pages and should comply with IEEE formatting (A4 paper size 210x297mm / 8.27"x11.69", two-column). The A4 paper templates are available here. Make sure to use the template's conference mode. The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format.

Papers should be submitted electronically, in PDF format, via the on-line submission system. All manuscripts submitted for review must be blinded - with no author information available, including, but not limited to, authors' names, affiliations, metadata in the PDF file disclosing authorship, unblinded references to their previous work, research grants numbers etc. For each paper, the abstract in the PDF file should also be uploaded in the on-line system. Authors must check that both the PDF file and the abstract in the online system can be viewed and printed correctly. In order to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program, the authors must select at least one topic, from the list provided by the submission system.

The paper submission is now open!

Full papers and short papers will be accepted for oral presentation and will be published in the conference proceedings. The oral talks will be scheduled for a 20-minute slot in the case of full papers and a 15-minute slot in the case of short papers.

Note: To make the paper available through IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory that all authors submit a final PDF file that is compatible with IEEE Xplore. This compatibility is described in IEEE-PDF-SpecV4.10.pdf. Alternatively, you may use the following job options file to set Adobe Distiller to the correct requirements:
