You are cordially invited to participate in the ICCP 2013, to be held September 5 - 7, 2013 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

At ICCP 2012 the program committee selected 59 papers from a total of 93 submissions. The papers were indexed into the IEEE Xplore digital library.
